They will never use synthetic inputs and only add naturally derived inputs needed to help improve soil microbiology, nutrient cycling, carbon sequestration, and vine health. A mindful wine, made for humans. With respect for the land they come from, and the people who drink them.
A ready-to-drink, light/medium wine. Cherries, berries & warming spices. 40% wild-fermented, heavy skin contact. Stored on lees in barrel for 8 months. Low sulfur.
40% Sangiovese + 30% Syrah + 30% Cab Sauv.
