Garage Project started as a brewery operated, unsurprisingly, out of a garage in Wellington, New Zealand. Pete Gillespie & Jos Ruffell have evolved their project in the past decade in various directions, including wine. Alex Craighead from Kindeli wine came on board to collaborate on several “Garage Project Crushed” releases, including a series of “Fairy Bread” field blends of grapes from vineyards in the Nelson and Marlborough areas (across the Cook Strait from Wellington, on the northern end of the South Island).
A light hearted wine that makes a party out of any occasion, this is a Pinot Noir Pet Nat Rosé bursting with fresh flavors. A field blend of organic Nelson grown, carbonic Pinot Noir and hyper aromatic Gewürtztraminer.
This is our dream Rosé for picnics, parks, and parties that are best served chilled. A perfect good-time wine to share with friends both old and new. Don't forget the fairy bread.
