In October we celebrated at Metroplaza with La Maison Cointreau who used our locally grown herbs to create their winning cocktail combinations! Organized by French spirits group Rémy Cointreau, La Maison Cointreau 2018 cocktail competition paid tribute to the seventieth anniversary of the margarita by drawing on the theme "past, present, future." Mixologists included Jonathan F Ching of The Wilshire, Amir Javaid from VEA Restaurant & Lounge, Phoebe Leung from Mrs. Pound, Devit Gurung from Blue, Butcher & Meat Specialist, who were Judged by Mark Hammons from La Maison Cointreau. The Hong Kong final was hosted with our good friend Jay Kahn at COA!
