Grow your future microgreens workshop at central market

Looking for something nutritious and easy to grow? Then microgreens is your answer! 

Microgreens are the young shoots of vegetables and herbs that can be consumed less than a month after seeding. These tiny yet nutrient-packed greens are very popularly used as garnishes to enhance the flavour, texture and colour to our food.

Rooftop Republic is pleased to collaborate with ChinaChem this summer to run the Grow Your Future Microgreens workshop at the Central Market! In this session, you will be taken on a tour to learn about the new revitalised Central Market, then adjourn to our workshop where you will learn about ways to grow microgreens at home. Our experienced instructor will also demonstrate the different types that can be used and how to pair them with different types of food. Every participant will receive a Microgreen Grow Kit to take home to grow.
