Anse shipping is free of charge for all orders.

We dispatch the orders as soon as possible via DPD, DHL, UPS or FedEx courier. Each garment is hand-made individually by an artisan, therefore, we require slightly longer lead time. On average, the order is dispatched within three business days.
Q: Will I need to cover duty & tax?
In order to receive your order, you may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination country. Additional fees cannot be collected by Anse and they are not controlled in any way by our store. Please note, this is not part of the shipping costs.
Q: Which courier do you use?
We use multiple couriers, DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD.
Q: Can I change delivery address once the order has been sent out?
Unfortunately not, therefore, please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address.
Q: Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email advising tracking details.
Q: What are shipping lead-times?
Shipping lead-times vary, but on average it's between 4-8 business days.
Returns
You can return any product purchased from us, within 14 days from receiving the product, which means you have fourteen days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
