Honey Vest is a cute cotton vest decorated with bold and bright suzani floral embroidery. The vest has two front pockets, which are also decorated with the suzani floral embroidery. The vest is open at the front and can be closed with three sets of bows. All edges are covered with matching cotton tapes, and the vest is fully lined with striped cotton lining.

This Suzani embroidered item is decorated with the manually controlled chain stitch technique of Suzani embroidery. Our Suzani embroidery is made by Indian artisans, mostly using the tambour to create a unique and vivid Suzani embroidery pattern. The name Suzani comes from the Persian word "su-zan", meaning needle. The Indian artisans use a hooked needle instrument called a tambour to create the intricate chain stitching that is the hallmark of Suzani embroidery. Due to the manually controlled nature of Suzani embroidery, you may notice little variations from one garment to another that add to the unique charm of a Suzani decorated item.
