Undeliverable packages
Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required. To avoid reshipping fees please double check your address prior to checkout.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. OLITA is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Refused orders
If an order has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
