How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your Pelegrims products. They must be unopened, in their original condition and sent back in the original packaging with the same method of shipment.
How should I make a return?
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at returns@cerqular and mention your order number, the list of products you wish to return, and the reason for returning them. We will then email you a return label.
How do I post my return?
Your package should be returned by the same carrier that took care of the delivery. We recommend that you keep the proof of deposit in case of an incident occurring with your package during the shipment back to our office.
