Ales Grey accepts returns and exchanges for up to fourteen (14) days after the date of receipt of shipment. All items must be returned with tags attached in unworn and new condition, with no marks, stains, scuffs, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, no refund will be given
Returns and exchanges receive free return shipping within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
All international customers must pay all shipping costs related to returning item(s) from their order for refund or exchange. Ales Grey will provide free shipping for the exchanged item only for international orders
