Returns and Exchanges can be accepted within 30 days for unopened products in their original condition. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any exchanges or refunds at our discretion.

Please send us an email within 30 days to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and let us know if you would like to exchange or refund anything.

We stand by our products and will protect you from any manufacturing defects within one (1) year of purchase, applicable to cloth diapers ONLY. All you have to do is contact us and provide the receipt.

Kindly note: The cost of shipping to return items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked option as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
