Product Details
Vinhao (90%), Borracal (also known as Caino Red) (5%), and Loureiro (5%) From 30-year-old vines planted in 1 hectare of granite soils in Vinho Verde. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September and selectively sorted in the vineyard, distilled, and spent 5 hours in the skins. Spontaneous fermentation lasts two weeks with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks under temperature control
