This expression features a blend of rum, including rum from El Salvador's Licorera Cihuatan Distillery and Jamaican rum, which is cold-infused with whole coffee beans to introduce those rich, roasted, fruity flavors.
Tasting Notes
Coffee immediately jumps out on the nose, followed by some toasted spices, nutmeg. Sweetness is also present with vanilla and honey notes. Toasted coffee beans and milk chocolate are on the palate, along with a fruitiness in the form of pineapple and banana
