The Natural Wine Co-Organic Chardonnay is produced from our Coastal Vineyard Manutuke and Ormond Valley vineyard. The wine has had oak integration, and undergone partial malolactic fermentation to give it more texture and creaminess on the palate
These grapes are harvested ripe, as low yields and cane pruning encourage this. The grapes are normally harvested around 22 24brix. This wine has a lovely fruit flavor and texture
The wines are made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes. The wine is low in allergen, no wine fine agents are used
Good for the environment The conservation message. In releasing this wine brand, we sponsor The Women Native Tree Trust. This group plants native trees in communities and schools. They grow their plants from seeds and then donate to the trees
