Experimental Farm for Sustainable Agriculture was established since 2015 in Lai Chi Wo. Coffee is one of the agriculture and more than 500 Arabica coffee trees have been planted over there. All Lai Chi Wo artisanal coffee products are crafted by local coffee farmers, processing specialist and roaster, which is truly grown and made in Hong Kong.
At Dedicated Chocolate, we merge our single origin Peru Ucayali cocoa bean with the medium dark roasted coffee bean to made this coffee dark chocolate bar. The coffee bean has a taste of hazelnut with mild acidity. The chocolate bar turn out to have moderate coffee flavour, berries-like mild acidity, note of spices and a little bite sweetness of toffee. It's a must try for chocolate and coffee lovers.
