Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut from EPC is exclusively elaborated from Chardonnay, sourced from the Sézannais hills with the 2016 harvest, and vinified by a winemaker group in the village of Bethon. It has a low dosage compared to regular Brut champagnes (6g/l) and unveils a lot of fruit aromas with a great freshness
